Your coin is KM# 486 under British India, mintage is 10,278,000. It is not a rare coin and will sell in the $15.00-$20.00 range. If it has a mirror finish like you say, then it is probably a restrike for they made no proofs that year. The mints in India have kept over the years, the old British dies and every once in a while, restrike coins with them. The equipment and blanks of today are far superior in quality than in the 1880's. I can find no one selling this coin at this time, restrike or the genuine item. You can email Bob Reis at reisbuz.earthlink.net he is a well know world coin dealer maybe he can help further on this.
