How are Cancer men traits and are they a good match with libra women? I heard that they are cheap are they?

Speaking as a male Cancerian, I am often quite shy and quiet (especially around attractive women ...). While I don't mind going out with a group, I do also certainly appreciate just kicking back at home. I am devoted to those close to me and will do what I can to help when asked. "Cheap" has negative connotations ... I prefer "frugal" ... I know the value of money and tend not to waste it fruitlessly.
I'm not too sure about the qualities/characteristics of a Libra woman ... maybe just do a "Google" search for astrological signs on-line and you should be able to find some helpful information.

NOOO cancer men are not good with libra women at all. You all will drive each other crazy.
