They have 1 kitchen not being used right now, and my wife and I sat down one day and said... we should open up a seafood place there..... i'm not sure about it... allready in there is a China max, which does really well... italian/pizza, subway, A&W, chicken, and a DQ, they have smoothies all over the place... any knowledgable advice would help

Something that's at least a little Healthy. If you notice there is only crap to eat at the food court, no matter what mall or city.

Maybe healthy sandwiches and soups.

That should do great.

A very simple healthy sandwich shop. Whole grain breads and lean cuts of meats and cheeses. The inventory would be easy and the menu probably refreshing, for a change.

what about a Subway? people like them because there is not much fat on them. I live in Reno , we go to the
Park mall; they have one there; and you should see the line is unbelievable; we always say a gold mine.

the mall by my house has 3 chinese restaurants.. it seems like all three are doing well.
