Ok, heres my problem: I have two PCs, a home pc and a pc that i have just bought for myself. How can I link to two wirelessly, the main purpose for the network is to play multiplayer games. Secondly, will this network allow me to share internet access, and if so, will the speed of the broadband connection be slower? Thanks in advance, Si :)

I would suggest a DSL connection for the internet. games use up alot of bandwidth. You also need a wireless router, I would suggest a Linksys G router with SRX. go to the linksys website.
www.linksys.com You also need two PCI Wireless with SRX netowrk cards for your computers. go with linksys also.
if you want more info email me but make sure yo have the right settings on your profile to receive emails.

u dont need a router if both computers have a wireless adapter. you can create an ad-hoc network. it can be easily set up using wireless network setup wizard in windows xp. just follow the intructions
use the below link the download intuctions from microsoft on exactly how do set up the network AND share an internet connection.
however, it would be easier and more convienient to get a router

in the event that they the two have ethernet (excessive velocity internet) ports, only purchase a crossover cable from a working laptop or computer keep and connect them word: it won't be able to be a ordinary lan cable, it must be a crossover one or it won't artwork. EDIT: sure, the cable is all the hardware you have chose. as long as its basically for 2 computers.
