USUALLY, great countries crumble from within.

IT is usually CORRUPTED officials (Kennedy, Clinton, Carter, Pelosi, Kerry, MSM, Liberals, ACLU, etc.) or TRAITORS (Kennedy, Clinton, Carter, Pelosi, MSM, Liberals, Kerry, ACLU, etc.) that bring a country down.

Giving China military secrets to get elected - Clinton.
Liberals anti-American agenda - Kennedy, Kerry, ACLU.
Unmitigated immigration - Kennedy, Bush.

No country can defeat the United States of America by attacking it at this time in history.

China may be able to at some future time in our lifetime.

Most enemy's of the United States try to defeat it by undermining its economy (such as North Korea by counterfeiting the US dollar) or by trade surplus like China.

Other country's work to defeat the USA incrementally through propaganda like Venezuela or politically like France and Russia.

Russia and China are the two countries that can destroy the US, but neither of these countries has any conceivable reason to do so (or even to think about it). Besides, a nuclear war would simply result in what used to be called the "mutually assured destruction", and this is something that is very well understood by people who have the power to make this kind of decisions. The bottom line is that I would rather be worried about terrorists who, of course, can NOT destroy the US, but who still CAN kill a lot of people using fairly simple conventional weapons and who are out to do so.

Any country with nuclear weapons - other than North Korea, India and Pakistan, simply because they probably don't have enough to completely incapacitate the US, though they could certainly do a hell of a lot of damage. If you're talking about conventional war then China probably could, but if you're talking about just single countries then I doubt anyone else would have the might required.

well , they might answer you that any country with nukes and weapons. well Vietnam had nothing .. but they had only patriotism, and love for their country. if u remember Germany almost defeated Europe alone, because German infantries were to strong and loyal to their country. after this point you can talk about weapons.

an alliance of two nuke powers(like Iran and china) can defeat USA, but alone........ the last one was the soviet union, but i don't think Russia could win now, their 90s tech is becoming obsolete, i would say china, they have a truly huge army and technology, but ... i don't see china defeating USA

no one, because if anyone almost gets the job done, a mysterious nuclear bomb will appear in the sky above their larger cities. But China would be the only people organized, and tough enough to get close to that point.
