At 13 your periods are not regular yet. It is possible to miss a period or have irregular cycles. The feelings of kicking are probably gas pains in her stomach. If she hasn't had sex she can't be pregnant.

If she hasnt had any sex she probably isn't preg. She is young and probably has only had a few periods. Most girls do not follow a straight 28 day cycle. When I first started menstrating I had my period maybe 3 or 4 times a year until I had my first son 4 yrs later. Then I was reg until my second child..after my 3d child I am still not regular. And she would have to be 5 months along before she could feel her baby kick. She probably just has gas.

If she is only 13 the chances of her having a precise cycle is slim to none. But the bottom line is, NO SEX = NO BABIES. The "kicking" she says she is feeling is definitely something other than a baby. Even if she did have sex she wouldn't feel a baby kick for a few months. Tell her to have her mother take her to the Dr. to make sure she doesn't have an underlying problem. Good Luck

:) No sex, no pregnancy! As for the kicking in tummy is just the idea... Concerning the age, a missed period is normal. This may happen again until she gets balanced.

Well, I think your friend is paranoid and nervous. It is impossible to be pregnant without having sex. And, if she has just missed one period, she wouldn't be far enough along to feel any movement from the baby. Movement isn't usuall felt until between 3-6 months of pregnancy.Thirteen is the age when a girl usually starts to menstrate. Her period may be irregular do to hormonal changes that occur. If her period doesn't start within a few weeks, tell her to go to the doctor.

Sweetheart...the only way she could be pregnant is through immaculate conception and I doubt that would ever happen again.
The kicking could be her ovulating or just plain gas. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and when my baby first started kicking (around 13 weeks) if felt much like when I would ovulate or when I had gas. Missed periods are common among young teenagers. She may be one of those girls with irregular periods. She definitely needs to go to a doctor to get it checked out.

You don't get kicking in your "tummy" after one missed period. Your friend needs to go to the doctor

If she didnt have sex then she's not pregnant.
Missing a period doesnt always mean pregnancy, it normally happens beacuse you dont ovulate that cycle.
The "kicking" she's feeling is probably gas. If she never had sex then she should know better than to think she's pregnant unless she's not telling you something.

Maybe she has a parasite. A parasite is a worm or a bug that lives inside your body. You can get them anywhere!
Or it could be that she just has gas.
Most 13 year olds dont have a regular period, it takes a couple of years at least to get a regular cycle, in most cases. Tell her to go to the doctor if she is freaked out.

To be honest with you, if she was pregnant which is impossible if she's had no sex, but to feel kicking you have to be at least 5 to 6 months pregnant to even feel flutter's in your stomach.. it could be gas that she feels and thinks it's kicking, but she definatly needs to be seen by a doctor so she can get a correct diagnosis.. good luck
