My thought is, why do we worship the fact that God is a cruel and selfish being IF there is such a person?
ONLY someone good should be worshipped, yet doesn't the Koran say KILL non-believers? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Very good religion to follow, I DON'T think.
Also are we to believe that God is so bad that he wants to make us suffer for the loss of his son.
Get real, life evolved WITHOUT a GOD.

Life is what you make of it. There willl be people here who will try to convert you, but at the end of the day its up to you to make up your own mind on wheather you believe or not. Personly i think we are the gods ourselves, who could make the world a better place if we ttried....

Why don't you stick to the New Testament and ponder over the things Jesus tried to get through our noggins? The old stories were written by primitives trying to explain what they couldn't understand and some natural evolution that was over their heads.
You asked the question I ask myself every time I watch the news report every single day. But was Jesus born to a virgin? Yes.
Did he die and come back? Yes. Is there an afterlife where we are judged by the principles that Jesus set down? Yes. Take these things on faith. Faith means believing in something we
can't prove. I've been around awhile. There are angels. There is healing. The Holy Spirit is real. Sorry for the sermon. Well, no I'm not. Good Luck!!

ok but 1st think what's the point of all of us existing & not be tested cuz good ppl & bad ppl shouldn't be in the same place in the end .
& 4 all the ppl who r suffering they are gonna be rewarded in the end so just try to help as much as u can & worry about your self
by the way did u read the koran ? cuz it 4 sure does't say that , u really shouldn't mix between violent & relegeous cuz they r exactly the opposite
4 me (like it's in koran ) geese was a profit not the son of the god -with all respect 4 what other ppl may beleive or think- & he wasn't killed
& hey if god wanted us to suffer he could just throw us all in hell , i mean he doesn't need pemission or any thing
hey by the way if u felt like talking to me add me

I do not agree but can't fault your reasoning.

I do not blame God. I blame religion.

The Koran and the Bible say kill, and this and that and a lot of stuff....but those are books written by men..not God.

My thought is that God created the world and people thru the Big Bang and Evolution and has been waiting for humanity to grow up and try to better itself instead of wallowing in our baser instincts. Maybe when we do finally grow up we will find we can communicate with God who is waiting for us to evolve to the point that it is possible.

I find that usually all the crap in the world is not because God wants it but because some idiot in a funny hat said God wanted this or that and a mob of stupid people doing whatever idiot #1 says. So I do not blame God..I blame us for doing the stupid crap that books written stupid people tell us to do.

It isn't a belief in God or God itself that causes bad things, it's the people who believe in religion that do and cause bad things

God is Good, not just for today but forever. God is not a person but SPIRIT. Never mind what the Koran says... the UK is mainly a Christain country. God doesnt want to harm us and doesnt want any harm to come to us. God equates to Love,Peace and Justice. Jesus came into this world for a purpose, to die for our sins..all the bad stuff that happens is a result of satan/ mans sins. Anyway, Jesus knew he was going to be crucified. Its all a question of FAITH.

Suffering is caused by sin, which was brought into the world by Satan, not God. The original sin was pride, followed by rebellion...Satan wanted to be bigger than God.
Why did God allow Satan to exist? That's a cosmic question.
You really won't understand more about God until you drop your superior, antagonistic attitude. Sounds like You want to be bigger than God, too.
You're too late.

Sounds to me as though you have decided that there is no God and everyone must think the same.
I respect your decision not to believe, please respect mine that there is a God and that He is a loving God. We have free will, the suffering in the world is largely caused by man. I am explaining what I believe, I don't expect you to agree or disagree, just respect that I don't deserve to be told to "get real".

Who can prove to me that there is a God. Did any deceased person ever return and say they had met him. If there is a God, why is there so much trouble & strife?? God is an imaginary misconception who you either believe in or you dont.

That's what praying is for. Besides, if he just healed you, it would not make you learn how to help others or yourself.
