it's pretty normal if there's just a hint of it. unless we use a bidet, women almost always have traces of urine on the skin around our genitals, which will rub off on our underwear. some people just wipe better than others. :P

1. Don't sniff other peoples underwear. 2. You should be wearing mens underwear. 3. Sometimes under stress such as laughing things leak. Its happens sometimes. I have never checked, but maybe men's underwear might have the same smell. Could be a sign of infection depending on a number of things or could be bladder is just getting weak. Suggest keggle exercises.

No.. not normal..
cuz normally you shouldn't just wipe after i pee.. but you should wash and whipe thoroughly..so to make sure there's no traces of urine around my genitals..
but if the girl has urinary incontinance, then of course it will smell like urine.. plus if she just wipes carelessly, cuz she can't wipe every single drop..

women naturally have an odor in the ways of vaginal discharge.
women's underwear can smell lightly of urine, i suppose, just as men's can, too.

Yes it is, silly Mike, particularly if the restroom didn't have toilet paper when she used the bathroom. That odor, if slight, should be sweet to your nose, unless it's clearly indicative of lack of personal hygyene.
