Call their costomer service and get to the highest possable supervisor and explain the situation. Show prove with your drivers licence (if it has your social)

Let them take you to court and u can prove u are not who they claim to be. They will then have to pay all the court costs.. Make sure you keep a record of all letters and conversations you have with them and take this evidence to court with u..

Ask them to stop calling you. If they do not comply, send them a certified letter. They will have to stop or they will face fines. Here's a link to sample letters telling them to stop contacting you and one for collection verification.
