I try my best to do so, but there are times when I cannot discern between what is real advice and what is just empty words....this is something I have battled with often, especially as of late, but I am getting there....one step at a time.....
*Edit: *Sigh*...I misread the question again. The advice I have given is scarce because I do not know if I am right or not very often, and I probably heed the advice of others before I heed my own. I am not sure, my friend....I am just not sure.......

Advice given, or advice given to ME? I never, or very rarely heed my own advice that I dole out. I'm a more "do as I say, not as I do" person.

Almost two years ago, one of my frat brothers (whose now married) advised me not to get a girlfriend, and here I am, still single.

It depends on how I have developed and possibly new changes to my points of view.

No, but sometimes I need to practice what I preach.
