I am looking to get a new cpu fan, what is CFM? and what is DBA? what are they and what do they do/mean?

CFM - cubic feet per minute
- how good the fan is
DBA - decibel level
- how noisy the fan is

The amount of airflow which the fans generate is measured in cubic-feet per minute or CFM.
