I was watching him on Parkinson and he rarely spoke in his own voice. He seemed to jump from different characters and people all the time. Very strange yet funny!

Could be. Wouldn't be unheard of for someone who is a creative genius. Or someone with drug/alcohol issues.

It's perfectly normal to me. Now,,,the queens speech, that's abnormal delivery.
