I'd hope she'd opt for Sheryl Crow-Crowe, just to throw it in everyone's faces.

The Counting Crows make me experience like I wanna move slowly out of my epidermis! Ewe! Sheryl is powerful yet has some extremely bland factors. The Black Crows rock yet have not quite grapsed the idea of evolution. So i'm gonna say there's a tie for me between Sheryl and Black Crows.

What ever she wanted it to be.
Some women, especially people in the public eye, choose to keep their maiden name. Whether their reason be to maintain their individuality, to limit confusion (for example, when a woman changes her name and no one knows who she is anymore), or maybe she would have her own reasoning.
It just depends on what she wants to be called.
Another option, she could use a hyphen, which you do not have listed (Sheryl Crow-Crowe).

She'd probably keep it Sheryl Crow because of her celebrity.
