I, too, have the Dell Axim. It has been great. It is bluetooth enables and wifi. You do need to be at a hotspot to get on the web. I run pocket Work and pocket Excel and Outlook. I sync with 2 computers (work and home) It's a good little PDA.

I now want a PDA cell combo (i'm just tired of carrying 2 cell phones and a PDA, and ipod, etc)

The best out there is a Palm. I say this because it can be loaded onto any OS out there. If you are looking for something to sync with windows, then I would recomend anything by HP.
