I live in a small building , and few of my neighbours received warnings from the tv license, my flat did not !
1) does it mean that my tv license has already been paid or they don't suspect me to watch tv,
2) do they always send warning ?

hehe, don't be so angry, I will pay when I have a tv that sound wiser!
I just got a computer with a tv tuner, that's why I was just wondering , I haven't used it for the moment

You would know if you'd paid your TV licence, as you would recieve one through the post.
They have a list of all the addresses without a licence, so that may be why your neighbours have been caught.
Surely you must know whether you've paid for your TV licence or not.

If you haven't paid you're tv licence you will get caught.They don't always send warnings.Anyway why shouldn't you pay when everyone else has to?I don't mean to sound harsh and I know its a lot of money but I have to pay,as does everyone I know.Its only fair

No they do not always send warnings out and it does not mean that your licence has been paid

If your computer enables you to watch TV, you do need a licence. The minute you watch on your computer,you will be at risk. They WILL catch you!!

the t.v. licensing have not warned you yet,but give them time and they shall if you have no licence.
if you have no licence , and dont want one like the rest of us dont bother until you have a warning.

u'd hav a licence if u'd paid it. and i dnt pay mine 4 abt 6 months n i dnt get a warnin or anything!!
