coach k of duke is really mean..?

dont you think that he should have played greg paulus in the beginning of the the game or at least the beggining of the ot. im only mad cuz he went to the high school im going to go to. plus the dumb big center mccormick flippen thru the ball at pauluses face. and then paulus had to hurry so he dribbled then got his 3 pointer shot that is how they lost. c mon i mean rele play paulus in more. he had his career high points in the game last week. that should at least get him in the startin 5.

Duke just sucks, plus Paulus had 6 turnovers and was the main reason Duke lost, he should not have been in the game at all. Go USC Trojans.

Why are you like "Oh My God" over it? It's not a big deal. I'm sure Obama will take it in stride & you should too. Basketball is a hobby & nothing more. And in the scheme of things is not important. Why should Obama care what a basketball coach says about him. I'm sure he does not unless he likes basketball too much, other than just catching a game now & then for fun. Sure i'm sure Coach K has done a lot of good things off of the court. But when people say it's more than just a game, no i disagree it's just a game. If Obama really cared about the country he'd start putting some taxes on games ect. People make way too much money in sports. If you start putting some serious government taxes on owners it'll get them to start paying players less which would be a good thing. Even college coaches make too much to me. And if professional players were'nt being payed so much. College players would not try to get money out of playing or wish to enter the pros so fast. He's been labled a socialist. But he still allows people to make what ever the market will bare. That's not a socialist. Even the best professional sports player shouldn't make more than 300,000 a year in my opinion. And the Head Coach & GM should always make more than the players. He could save the economy so easily by regulating sports a little bit. To me the salaries of some of these atheletes are far more rediculous than some of the salaries of the C.E.O's of Big companies. Don't get me wrong i like sports but what these people get payed, especially in professional sports is rediculous!!! Heck just about anybodies job is more important than theirs.

Coach K is a good coach and isnt worried about hurting kids feelings. Paulus is a horrible basketball player and he plays every game timid and he is scared of making mistakes. McCormick threw it at his face because he thought Paulus could catch a basketball but he was wrong because Paulus is garbage.

Paulos had 5 turnovers in the first half without any points...coach K is a genious and doesn't let any player become bigger than the program. He sat him because he wasn't producing that game and to teach him that you better come ready to play every game for Duke

Coach K is mean as heck. It goes back to his days of coaching Army. Regardless, he's still one of the best coaches in college basketball along with Jim Calhoun of Connecticut and Bobby Knight of Texas Tech. Only nice thing to say about coach K's personality is he's no where as mean as Bobby Knight.
