Maybe try something you're both new (and not necessarily good) at, like learning to dance from a DVD (much less expensive than actual lessons). You never know, doing something you wouldn't ordinarily do and that is challenging can bring about lots of laughter and bonding. How about cooking together? - Maybe making a fancy meal. With some wine and music a common, everyday activity could be made into a fun and romantic endeavor.

Play some games!
Cribbage, monoply, other board games.
Go to museums & parks, zoos, concerts.
My hub & I can find fun anywhere--sometimes we go to our local dollar store and just look at everything, then we buy something silly like those big foam airplanes, or glow sticks, and go home & play!
Go to a bar that has karaoke & sing love songs to each other, fly a kite, do something KID-like that will help recapture your sense of fun!!
Good for you for trying to keep the magic alive, and may God bless both of you!!

You should meet in a park, or somewhere open and pretend you have never met before. Rekindle the old attraction by trying to 'pull' each other again. End the night with kisses and cuddles and arange another 'date' and build up to sex like you did when you first met. Works a treat!

You can work out together (at home or join a gym), or go for walks at the local track or park. Also try playing some games or cards together. Try taking a mini vacation once in awhile.

I don't know if this will help or not but maybe you could take her someone like an ice skating or just a skating rink. Or you could join some sort of sports team - indoor volleyball or tennis or something like that. You'll get fit, learn something new and have fun while you're at it.
