He always left the possibility in his Miami contract that he could leave so of course it was no surprise. He had a losing record as Dolphin coach so come a year from now it will look like a good decision for both parties. His heart has always been in the college game. I support his decision 100%!

Saban was not a good fit for the NFL, Ithink that the Fins and Saban are better off parting ways

I believe coaching spoiled millionaires in a party palace like South Beach is an impossibility in this day and age. Who would want that job? Miami needs a disciplinarian. Hire coach Ditka.

Free agency has entered the coaching market. Just like athletes, coaches find no loyalty with their organizations!!

It is all about SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!

Gotta love Bill Cowher (retired Steelers coach), but I believe someone will offer him enough $$ to come out of retirement too.

About 10 years ago Northwestern had a decent coach named Gary Barnett. Every single year there were rumors he was going to this school, that school, this school etc. Every single time he denied it. After the 100th time he bolted for Colorado. Which he then lead them into the ground. Saban will be rewarded with a losing team trust me.

Saban was not happy with failing at this level. The man loves to win and succeed.

He looked out for himself and didn't get screwed over like most NFL coaches. I say, good for him.
