Male teachers (particularly) but also other males? What is real reason they seek such young female victims?

Every time we turn around, we find articles from all over the country re older (usually over age 30) teachers having sexual relationships with teenager girls, or other older men sexually assaulting girls even younger. An older woman in my family says that men, regardless of how sexually active they are THEMSELVES, and underneath it all, want YOUNG, far less experienced sexual partner tan himnself, and that even if he loves his same-age or nearly the same age wife or lover, he is always looking for something younger.. She says part of the reason is because women today are forever competing with men, from the boardroom, to the bedroom. She also says that underneath it all, men resent these 'usually older' female competitors, and that as far as the bedroom is concerned, they DON'T want older sexuallly experienced women. They want youth. What do you think?

(and yes I know about the female teachers - but today I am taliing about the males.)

In my personal opinion, there are three types of men: men who want to be nurtured, men who want to be in control, and men that are just neutral and are happy with equality.

As you were saying, the men that want to be "in control" tend to go for younger women who are easily manipulated, attractive, and sometimes unintelligent. It used to be commonplace for men to be the head of the household and in charge, but women are stepping up to the plate (even more than ever) and are demanding equal respect and are taking on more responsibilities. Some men are either annoyed or intimidated by this. It is also often a religious issue, that a man should be dominate, which of course will attract him to those who will allow his dominance. The reason that some young women go for older men is because the man appears to be powerful, mature, and sometimes wealthy (older men have acquired more life experience and often have settled into a decent career). Although I personally don't agree with this situation (certainly not when the age gap is very large or of course illegal!), everyone has their own preferences and needs. As long as it isn't hurting anyone and both partners are in the relationship for the right reason, I don't see the harm in it.

My thoughts are that these people have a false ego. They continue to be motivated by people, events and things that feed the false ego. The child predators (yes predator!) that I have experienced seem to enjoy being put on a pedestal. It isn't as simple as living vicariously through a younger person. Or as simple as excusing the Neanderthal tendency to ensure his genetics carry on in a more seemingly fertile vessel. I don't know that it is competition that they resent. Someone the same age with life experience would likely be critical of the predators boasting and diatribe.
A secure man would cleave to his wife and partner and look forward to growing older together.

This is not only men...what about that Mary Kay Laturno and the other female blonde teacher who did it....has nothing to do about them being male or female....just has to do with them liking young young children and that is sick_

because older guys, including teachers, know that young girls will admire their "wisdom" or "success" and males get to feel powerful and adored. it also has to do with young ingenuity and the fact that they are usually less experienced than males are so males think even if they are average in bed, their young conquest will think they are rockstars.
