Shop (till you drop), eat (till you explode), drink (or enjoy the beverage of your choice) and if you're willing to stretch your legs a little, you're within walking distance of some first-rate cinemas, museums and art galleries - and the Manchester Wheel!
Or you could just sit by the water sculpture in Picadilly Gardens and watch the locals go by...

Shop at The Arndale Centre. Go to the (free) Science & Industry Museum and Air & Space Museum. Old Trafford is just down the Road, Home to Manchester United. Along with many fine dining establishments. There is lots to do in Manchester
