You shouldn't depend on a fortune teller for that. There are many fish in the sea and even more single fish (if your single that is). If you have a boyfriend, step it up a little.

When it is the right time---------------that right time just might not happen-as some people end up staying single---------usually because they choose to. NOthing says there is a "time frame" in which people need to be married.
