I have to say you are too young. Trust me wait a little longer. Boys at your age are for the most part shy and don't know what they want in any type of relationship.

HI! I am 13, too! Most adults think that just because you're young, you can't be in love. Personally, I thnink they are dwelling on their 80's or 60's or whenever they were our age. But, I have to ask. Are you SURE you're in love? Ask yourself these questions...
-If he were to propose (I know you're not 18, but just imagine it) would you say yes, and be able to be with him, forever till death do you part?
-Do you think about HIM whenever you see like a love kinda thing on tv?
Wll, these two are a FEW, but I will help ya out.
Ok, firstly, if you know you're in love, there is nothing better to do, then be your self. TALK TO HIM! Do you two know each other? Or is it like LOVE AT FIRST SITE kinda thing? Anyway, talk! After that, you can casually strike up a conversation whenever you two see each other. If he LOVES you, too, he will be nice, too. Give him a gift on a holiday and his birthday. Show him you care, because if you use a "Act cool" or "Play hard to get" you won't GET anything. And, if you would like more advice, just let me know on my e-mail. Hope this helps.

At 13 and you are in love,you now come out of pampers,love what U need to beat your books u are only going through a phase it shall soon pass.

Your not in love you lusting for someone (Youll kow real love when it slaps you in the face) but i do have some advice on how to get him to notice you so that it can turn into love!! Talk to him, when you talk make eye contact and find little ways to touch him. Always smile when he around and dress nicely. Above all be confident, always keep your head held high, guys love women who can take care of themselves and who know that they are something special.

well try to be friends first and dont make it so noticabe that u like him.then as u get closer he might realize that he likes u to!!!
