Ok I am a woman but I will chime in. Ok you are fooling yourself if you think you just want to chat with this waitress. ANYTHING will only make that next level that much easier, ya dig? It is her JOB to be that way. I have waitressed myself in the past and a cheery and confident attitude is what gets you tips, and fools like you kept throwing the money on the table, it was wonderful LOL! By having lunch at this place what I am thinking is every day you can, you are only getting yourself more emotionally invested. If you really cared for your family you would stop dining there, for respect of your home. Leave the waitress a note if you think you need some sort of closure, but you really need to stop rationalizing what you are doing as ok. Or, as I used to say...have an affair :p
