loose weight? like starve yourself? i need ideas?? what works best? best results?

Drink ice cold water. Top models do this beacause it actually burns calories as it goes down. Also cut calories and fat but not to much and fast. Also exercise a bit.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Try excercise. First, excercise at least 3 days a week. The best combination is weight training and cardio work combined with a good diet. Cardio (like running) will keep you slim and weight training will give you a little muscle (not too bulk you up too much). And diet is the topping on the cake, for all of this to work you need good diet habits. Good luck.

Healthy eating (diet) and regular exercise (burning of fuel taken in).

If you burn more calories than you consume in a day you lose weight. The math and science behind that is irrefutable.

Be aware of what you consume. Typically people consume so much sodium and sugars (by all names: sucrose, fructose, corn syrup, etc.) in a day they don't realize they are overloaded with excess.

If you drink sodas, stop. Not even diet sodas. Cut out fatty foods. Cut white breads/ white flour products. Eat whole grains, lean meats. And exercise... sweat... get the toxins out of your body.

Once it's becoming a habit to eat right and be physically active your body will want more. You'll enjoy the way you feel when you eat right and get exercise. And, your body will also let you know very quickly when it doesn't like reverting back to poor nutrition and lack of physical activity. You will feel the difference in your health!

This is the long-term thinking that actually works. There are no quick fixes to the slow death of poor nutrition and lack of movement society has been setting itself up for.

Start. Keep going. Enjoy a healthy life.

no you shouldnt starve yourself there are better ways first find a diet that you like or just eat what youlike drink lots of water exercise and cut back on the serving size and try to eat all the food groups but lay off of the fats and things try eating something in that group like on a saturday as a reward to yourself

never ever starve yourself because it doesn't work and is bad for your health. your best bet is to excercise and watch what you eat and everything should be fine.oh and make sure you drink lots of water and only eat when your hungry. you should only eat no more than a fist size.

No don't starve yourself it only makes you FATTER because your body has process your body fluid and that makes more Fat. Eat Healthy and excesize. No Medications. Do it the hard way because their is really no easy way.

exercise every day and maintaining a good diet. make smart decisions about what you eat, for example, choose a fruit over a candy bar when you want a snack

dont starve.
just eat healthy meals. and exercise. maybe go for a 20 min. jog every morning. thats what i do.
