Hi Dlm,
for what do you need shortcuts for formatting your phone try these two shorcuts but before you do that take a memory back up in your memory card you can do that by going in to your memory card and select options,backup phone memory,then format your phoneby using*#7370# then it will ask for your security code your standard code must be 12345 if not changed,
then your phone will be formatted to the originalsettings and all your memory will be lost, and you can recover that going back to your memory card options and select 'restore from memory card' and the same must be done before you use * 3 calling button on turn on or else you will lose all your memory don't try it on god condition phones try it on software problems only,
There are no new code up yet but i will post you the chart of new codes as soon as they arrive bye and take care,

get rid of sim , battery, and card ,, and instert it after a jiffy and note if it extremely works... doesnt? now take that card out.. attempt to apply that card in another gadget that could examine it. many of the laptops at the moment also printers can examine them. try HP pcs i understand for particular they do so does Sony. see if the cardboard is okay! .. else goto circuit city or walmart... walmart might want to be perfect.. get a card attempt to ascertain if that one works if it does keep it .. if it doesnt go back it.. walmart supplies u that liberty;) ... alrite by attempting this stuff youll understand once you've a defective card or a defective telephone. calling tech help wont help that a lot...till you want a guaranty change or some component like that. perfect thanks to do is procuring third party insurance. enables in those circumstances..

1.dial *#7370# to restore factory defaults in your phone.
