well, my mom thinks that sweatshirt are baggy and she won't let me buy one, but i really like them. what should i do to make her buy them for me, i tried talking to her, but she still wont buy it for me, what do you think of sweatshirts, are they in style, my mom likes more of a formal clathes, can you help me please?

I love sweatshirts! I have many different styles and colors. They are really comfy. Tell her you are wanting them for exercise purposes or when your sitting around the house and then she might agree. Then eventually she will just give up and not care. Some guys find it hot especially if your wearing a not as loose one with tight jeans and a hat. They think its sporty. Or you can just save up some money and buy your own and then she wont be able to do anything. If you have the store GAP they have some really cute ones out this year. Try them.

I like sweatshirts but not for everyday wear. I always make sure I have some for excersice or plain casual wear or if I have to go out and run something. Maybe your mom dosen't like the baggy sweatshirts but there's alot of sweatshirts that aren't as baggy. Just try on some smaller sizes and tell your mom how important it is even just to have one pair. It's great to just slip on a cold morning over some PJ's or if your just hanging out.

i think sweatshirts are comfy etc., But I agree with your mom a bit, and feel their style is a bit sloppy. I only wear them on weekends, going to the gym when it is cold or if attending sporting events. They do make more fitted kinds of sweatshirts and hoodies. I personally like fleece better. They are more warm and look a bit more pull together.
Gap has some sort of cute fitted ones and Ann Taylor Loft on occasion has some nice ones.

I love sweatshirts! But i will usually wear them only around the house because (sorry) I kindof agree with your mother. They are a little too casual. But you can still buy a zip up sports jacket. They are more stylish and qoute "formal".

I like sweatshirts, they are comfortable and go with any pair of jeans. I don't know what you could do to convince her to buy you any though.
How about you let her read all of these answers, and see every ones opinion on what they think about sweatshirts.
I think they will always be in style, things that are usually comfortable are.

i agree sweatshirts are really comfortable maybe get a more fitting sweatshirt that wont look as baggy and will look nicer like a zip up one or something.
