It's "Snooker Loopy" by Chas & Dave and some of the snooker stars of the time.

Chorus: "We'll show you what we can do with a load of balls and a snooker cue. Pot the reds and SCREW BACK for the yellow, green, brown, blue, pink and black. Snooker loopy nuts are we, we're all snooker loopy."

There were verses about Steve Davis, Tony Meo, Dennis Taylor, Willie Thorne and Terry Griffiths. I'd reproduce them here, too, but there are too many bits where I couldn't make out the words at the time!

Snooker loopy by the Matchroom mob, which was actually Chas'n'Dave and a number of snooker stars of the day.
In it's day it was one of the most annoying records in the known Universe.
