Search for sites that end with GOV or ORG. These will be the only reputable ones.

There are a ton of sites out there dedicated to the underground R.R. Here are a list of sites that I've used in the past.

http://www.cr.nps.gov/nr/travel/underground/
Site has maps, photos, historic places, and pretty good description of the workings of the Underground R.R.

NASA site on the drinking gourd

This site is really informative. Gives info on state by state history. Also includes codes and signals used by station masters

eyewitness accounts of Underground Railroad from Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglas, Josiah Henson, and about 6 others.

This is a really awesome site for primary resources, includes song lyrics, speeches, poetry, and a few videos.
