Okay... So I have an adopted little sister. She's sweet 16. Now, last night, I dreamed that we were in a movie about the life of King David. I dreamed I was cast as Amnon and my sister played the role of Tamar... Anybody know what that means? Anyone know the meaing of my dream?

You have incestuous tendencies, perhaps? I've read that story in the Bible. It's in 2 Samuel 13. As I read it again, just now, I marvel at how such a promising story idea can be so badly treated with respect to plot, narrative, dialogue, setting, and characterization. Talk about wasted potential. Where's Matthew Woodring Stover when you really need him?

You're attracted to her. Amnon pretends to be sick and rapes Tamar when she comes into his room to feed him bread. I don't think it's wrong to go after your adopted sister... she's not a blood relative. But I don't think it would be right for you to take advantage of her the way that Amnon took advantage of Tamar. If you are older, she probably looks up to you and respects you. Don't take that for granted or you will regret it, trust me.

You know what it means, and you know you need to quit looking and thinking of your sister like that.

Look at someone who's not in your family, weather they are adopted or not...she is your family.

Now quit (day)dreaming of doing it with your sister and find a girl who you can actually have a releationship with.
