The most clear teaching on the roles of husbands and wives is found in the bible. A lot of the modern women of today do not agree or like these scriptures, but that will not change what God's word says. Ephesians 5:22-24.
The head of every man is Christ,the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God!
But the husband has an even greater requirement of him. The bible says the husband must LOVE his wife as Christ loves the church. Ephesians 5:25-28
When a man loves his wife and treats her with respect, honor, and true love and commitment, she will not have a problem with being submissive to him.
The only time a wife, biblically, can disobey her husband is if obeying him will cause her to disobey God. (If he asks her do do something illegal, or immoral, something against God's word.)
God's word says for wives to be submissive to their husbands and for husbands to love their wives. If both obeyed the word of God this would be an easy task.
