I believe Verizon services the entire east coast. But 'high speed' is debateable.

I don't get it. You get your ISP where you live and it's not as it you can just plug your modem in the wall in a different state. Verizon is everywhere but not all towns are wired for cable or even DSL. There's the cards from Verizon that hook into the cell network. Sorry, just don't understand the question.
