75% of our oil is drilled domestically, but if you're looking for the largest foreign supplier, it would be Saudi Arabia.

Who knows but don't believe what you hear - most of the World's oil is in the middle east Saudi Arabia has the most followed by Iraq and am sure Iran is not far behind. You have some in the States too not sure how much but what I do know is you pay very little for your gas and it's gas that runs trade - without it nothing goes anywhere - and so its cheap to tranport stuff around the US which gives you a strong economy.

In order, the top 5 are Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, and Nigeria.

And contrary to what some other posters have stated, the US does NOT produce most of the oil it consumes.
