Assuming that your fallopian tube is completely blocked there is very little chance that an egg from that ovary could be fertilized, and if it were it would most likely be an extra-uterine pregnancy which generally do not survive.

However, my Aunt had one ovary removed and the other ovary has a large cyst on it and she had 4 pregnancies (three births). So while your fertility could be slightly lower, it will probably not have an impact on having children.

Also, if you happen to end up with two blocked tubes you can have your eggs harvested, fertilized, and put back in you and still carry your own children to term. (Though this is unlikely to happen to you, I am just saying this in case that is a worry of yours).

It depends on the extent of the ruptured tube. I was pregnant and my baby was developing in one of my tubes. It was called an ectopic pregnancy. My baby didn't survive because it was in the tube that burst. I don't think eggs could travel from one damaged ovary to a good one.

Women have about 400 eggs. That is why child baring years only cover that many months.
