Yes you could be pregnant and a pregnancy test would be positive at this point, if done first thing in the morning. The sore breasts and nausea were my first clues too, as early as 2 weeks after conception.

However, it is early for back pain, as the uterus is still tiny. And your stomach pains may be a symptom of the flu. Rest up, take care of yourself, keep hydrated, and if your period hasn't started in another week, do a pregnancy test and make an appointment with a doc. Good luck.

Stomach pains are common, as I'm sure u've read, but it should be mild cramping pains, instead of sharp or intense cramps, because the uterus is small and stretching to make room for the baby.

Last week, I started spotting and feeling tired and started cramping, but thought I was ovulating. My husband, who's in the army, came home on the 20th of Dec, and I def didn't think I was preg, but decided to take a test anyway. I took two and they both came back negative, so I thought I was just ovulating. Early this week, my cramps became more dominant, and I decided to take another test and it came back positive! I was so shocked that I've taken two more since then, and both came back positive, so its def not too early for u to start having pregnancy symptoms. Wait a few days because the hormone might not be strong enough for HPTs to detect, then re-test. Good Luck!

i would say its far too early to tell using a home test kit, the most ccurate way to tell would be to get a blood test with your doctor, but prob waiting until you miss your next period and takign a test then would be easier. good luck x

far too early for sickness, that doesn't usually begin for at least 5+weeks! Check for Montgomerys tubercles (google them, they were my dead giveaway a week BEFORE I was due on period!! Good luck
