Well, they won't be any skinnier. You don't lose weight in 24 hours. They most definitely will not be fatter unless they drink a lot of water and then it seems like their stomach is bigger because of the water weight.
However, you will certainly, without a doubt, be light headed. You probably will end up fainting too.
Why should you avoid starving yourself? Because once you resume eating, your body will go into "starvation mode" and will hog anything that goes into it. Hence, it will hog all calories and you will eventually gain weight.
If you never eat, yes, you will lose weight. However, you could also eventually kill yourself. Even if you don't end up killing yourself, you will do permanent damage to your body.
Not eating is NOT the way to lose weight.

They will not be thinner nor fatter. They will, however, feel faint or lightheaded if they are not used to fasting for a day. If you do fast, you should drink water.
Fasting is not the way to lose weight though. You must eat 3 healthy meals and 2 to 3 healthy snacks each day to lose any weight and some type of exercise.

no nothing will happen. I dont suggest doing it because it makes you want to eat more. The next day you will be very hungry and jus eat and eat. Or you could get used to eating little a day and then you would eat less at regular meals. After a while you will get used to eating little portions of food and not eat so much at one time. And then you would start losing weight.

Most likely they will lose weight. Unless the persons body just doesn't care that it has missed meals, the person will probably feel light headed. But that person is most likely to pig out some days later...
Just my experience. Haha!

Their metabolism will slow so they burn fewer calories and they will probably get a headache from low sugar levels. The will weigh a little less the next day but as soon as they eat or drink they will return to "normal"

when u finally do eat, ur body will hold onto to the calories and fats cuz it's in starvation mode. It is smarter to work out and eat healthy food.
