I pull the ligamens in my foot 7 weeks ago now and i still cant walk very far without pains and cramps, does any one know anything about this kind of injury

I have had the same injury a few years back. I thought the same thing after 3 months. My doctor told me it may take 6 months before I feel the difference.

Hi ligament sprains can take anything up to 1 yr,and can be as painful as a fracture sometimes.As day by day goes you will feel the diffarance,but still make sure you take it easy and dont over do it.Good Luck
