i worked an 8 hour shift didnt sit for a second !! thts the longest, n they were painfull heals! not normal.. jst soaked my feet in warm salty water everyday !!

The longest that I have ever been heels was about 4 hours.. But then again it all depends on the heel. I try to stay away from stiletto heels, they are most painful after about 2 hours..
I relieve the pain by taking them off...lol

7 hours at skool and im nine and no soxs and it didnt hurt my feet at all
