lol interesting question.
From my impression of Sasuke I would say possibly. Sasuke doesn't sound like the type to run around trying to make friends, and doesn't seem the type to take kindly to girls trying to hit on him.
I would say hypothetically, if you and sasuke were in the same place he may like you if you don't try to get him to like you if that make sense.
