Your body can only take so much of it and is releasing the extra.

A bright yellow hue to the urine following a b-complex vitamin is a harmless side effect of the riboflavin (b-2).

Taking some B complex tablets may result in a darker yellow coloration of urine, which is due to the body eliminating excess riboflavin (vitamin B2).

Because vitamin B is a water soluble vitamin. This means it is NOT STORED in the liver(body). Therefore, this vitamin is required daily and what you do not use will be excreted with urine.

I suggest you take a "TIME RELEASE" or "TIME SUSTAINED" vitamin B supplement. This allows a slow release of the vitamin throughout the day as needed and not quickly expelled before you can use it all up by the days end.
