The weight of CO2 is = (16.00 u x 2)+ (12.01 u)=44.01 u. AND THE MOLAR MASS IS 44.01 g/mol

CO2 atomic wt = 44 Carbon Dioxide
C= 12
N= 14 N2= 28 Nitrogen - 80% of the air
O= 16 O2= 32 Oxygen - about 20% of the air
H= 1 H2O= 18 Hydrogen
CH4= 16 Methane

It is heavy enough to smother a fire even if it is very hot.In the air it will be just on the ground. If u want to measure it put your instrument on the ground. CO2 is not a pollutant ,but a part of Mother nature Air recycle system . The plants need CO2 as much as u do oxygen to make there food.
