Some guys are like that, but for most guys, the inside is more important. But I agree with your point that on the initial meeting, guys will look on the outside, because it is there, you see it in one second. It takes some time to get to know the personality inside. It's like that old saying, "don't judge a book by its cover." But until you pick up that book and start reading, the cover is the only thing you know. And once you start reading and if you like it, the cover becomes meaningless or in some cases, the cover then becomes the best looking cover in the library.

I think you'll find ALL people look on the outside, not just men. I agree with you to a point, personality is the most important thing but you still have to be sexually attracted to the person too. If looks really weren't important then why don't you go out with an elderly man? He'd be happy to have a young girl on his arm and would treat you like a queen...but I doubt you'd do that because deep down looks are important to you too. That's not a bad thing it's just human nature.

I am a guy, and i personally dont go totally for looks if a girl is good i the inside i like that alot.
But in general most guys are looking for the outside because thats what thier freinds look at when they see him with a good looking girl than it says something about them to thier freinds that this guy can get the gilrs.Plus arent for the most part girls also look at how the guy looks as well even though not as much as guys its an attraction thing between sexes that just the way it is.
I hope you find that guy that cares mor about the inside than the outside.

Cause the outside is the first and only thing they see, and there has to be a start somewhere.
When you go hunting deer, you don't first get a taste from it before deciding you'll want it.
The reason many guys dump a women after a short time is, cause the inside doesn't match the promise made by the outside.

I'm a guy, and depending upon what I'm looking for, the search location changes. For example, if I'm looking for a bar of soap or a coffee cup, I'm likely to look inside. If I want to find a place to play baseball, I will likely look outside.

I guess that I've matured enough that I'd take intelligence and intelligent conversation over beauty.

Some guys are shallow and only look at someone's beauty...which to me translates into they don't like something about themselves and need someone of beauty to fill a void.

Not all of them do that. Only stupid ones. I like to look on the inside. I once knew this hot chick, but when I got to know her on the inside, I never talked to her again. She was such a jerk.
