Probably just a dream. Dream analysis has been largely debunked.
And for the answerer above, you do have dreams. Everyone dreams every night, but some people don't remember them, and most people don't remember all of them.

I have had a number of dreams like that (not EXACTLY like yours). For example, I had a dream that I was pregnant, but never actually had the baby in the dream. And another time, I had a dream that a guy used a machete to cut the back of my neck and head, and I felt the whole thing. that was about 2 years ago and nothing came of it.
Most bad or weird dreams happen after you eat spicy or rich foods before bed, or after watching a television show or movie that involved something in that category.
Another example:
I watched a TV show where the dad had a heart attack, and that night I had a dream that my mother had cancer. That was about 3 years go. She's fine.
Also, I often have dreams where one of my worst fears comes true. The worst dream was when I shot my own twin sister. But it's all good, you just need to try to think happy thoughts :-)
Most of the time, dreams are nothing about which you should worry, just things that you happened to be thinking about before you fell asleep.
I would say, don't watch any episodes of shows or movies where people get hurt or really sick (or have babies), and stray away from chocolate or spicy foods before bed.
Sweet dreams!

It is from a buried memory from when you first comprehended what a c-section is all about.
The pain and hassle, etc.
Something in your relationship brought this to the surface in your dream.
What ever is going on in your conscious world,
all your emotions, good or bad, are then sorted out in graphic stories in dreams.
As soon as you awake, ask your self, not what the story means, but why did it make you feel this way.

Unfortunately, the only time someone I have known has a dream about having a baby, it means someone is going to die. Hate to say that, but that's been my experience. The pain may be that it will be a painful or very unexpected death. Hope this isn't the case, just thought I would give my input!

It probably means that you are trying to attempt something in your life right now, that you feel is terribly difficult, maybe terribly hard on you, possibly a new job, career, school studies, maybe even a relationship that needs alot of work, but in the end of these trials and tribulations, and with all of your intensive labor, your struggle will be well worth the effort put in.

Ok, i have a pretty good idea about that dream of yours.
It means you will go through some painful, or hard times in your life ( possibly a breakup) soon,
But then someone new will come into your life and make you feel much better. ( possibly a new guy.)

Well, thats kinda of freaky cool
Since in the astral realms (where your spirit travels when you dream) time does not exist, it is probably some thing that is to come, or that has already happened to you.l
dreams are mysterious.
I don't have dreams
Don't trust Frued

according to one of my dreamer's dictionary it is a sign of good news to come. Also, according to Sylvia Brown's Book of Dreams, pregnancy usually has nothing at all to do with biological pregnancy but instead indicates the impending birth of a new aspect of you,a previously hidden or inaccessible part of yourself that's about to be born.

Something might be wrong with your stomach... it sounds like your body is telling you something is wrong down there, and needs to be fixed. Or, your mind is changing how it thinks about pregnancy.
And is it not accurate to say that dream analysis has been debunked... rather than it has been slandered...

Maybe you're pregnant, or fear becoming so, or just don't want to have a c-section
