I've had Nextel for about the last two years, and the service (reception) on my phone has been getting so bad that I finally decided to switch to another company, and I chose Verizon because many of my friends and family have it. The phone I got is great (LG VX8600), and I get great service with it, much better than with Nextel, particularly when I'm indoors, and the customer reps with Verizon are friendly and easy to understand, and seem to actually know what they're doing! I was just curious to see if most people would agree that switching from Nextel to Verizon would be a good idea, or not, and why. Thanks for your answer!

I have had several different carriers and Verizon is what I have now....and I have never hand any problems, no dropped calls and the phones are incrediable. they always work.

I had about 3 different services before coming to Verizon been with them for now three years I just redone my contract and got the chocolate phone great service great idea to move in fact I'm listing to my music on my phone now.
