If the secret was putting them or someone else in danger, I'd have to tell someone. Or if the secret was something like "I raped so and so" or "I have a dead body in my basement" I think I'd have to tell that, too...

No! Like murder, pedophile, rape, or anything wrong should not be kept a secret, it comes out eventually no matter what!
