The only wrestlers to defeat Bill Goldberg in WCW were Kevin Nash and Bret Hart. I don't believe Sting ever defeated Goldberg. Go to obsessedwithwrestling.com for proof.

Kevin Nast was the first to beat him.. while Goldberg was about to spear him Scott Hall came onto the capron dressed in a security staff uniform and put a stun gun on Goldbergs chest.. Nash then powerbombed him for the win... that was Goldbergs first loss ending his streak of 170

He technically was never undefeated cause he lost
his very first match in WCW. it was at
a house show and against Hugh Morris (unsure on the spelling) But i know Kevin Nash has beaten him.

this wasnt a singles match but i know that Goldberg lost in a tag match to Lex Lugar and Buff Bagwell to end his carrier in wCw durring the final months that wCw was open
