WOW. It's been a while since I've had a question that really made me think. Great question pal.
1. Rick Flair. That is just an obvious number one. It's unfortunate that wrestlers can't make a living on just in ring skills because Flair would have blown Hogan right out of the water.
2. Bret Hart. Again it's pretty clear that he gets this spot. The best there is, the best there was, and the best their ever will be.
3. Jushin Liger. Not many people are aware of his career but lets just say he basically invented luchadore style wrestleing. Personality was not his strongest point but it didn't even matter. That's how good he wa... that how good he is.
4. Sting. Really when you stop and listen to Sting, his mic skills are not that great. He really has made his mark on the wrestling world by his great skills inside the ring. That is why he is up here.
5. Shawn Michaels. Yes he has one of the best personas in wrestling but lets face it. The guy is still one of the best in ring performers today even at his age.
The worst wrestling skills today? Well obviously I could go into some wrestlers in DSW or OVW and pick one but I'm assuming your talking about those who are on TV. So I'm going to go with Khali. I'm sorry but I just don't get this guy. He's big, cool. So what can he do... that's what I thought.

The people name by the the others are not wrestlers, but 'rasslers' involved in choreographed playacting. Comparing what they do to wrestling is like comparing Olympic Speed Skating to Roller Derby.
