Local library? Most thrift stores sell used books, if you're lucky enough to find a Harry Potter's. That's where I get all my books from, and I've found a lot of good ones.

reading the harry potter book online for free? i think that'll be hard to do, but the only way you could find out, is search engines maybe or like a e-book website, good luck tho
