My dreams are interesting and creative, but sadly I forget them the moment I wake up.

years ago....
I used to write mine down.

I started sometimes with only a few things I remembered about dream.
or even just an impression or image.

and the more I did this the more I remembered until I started filling a few pages handwritten in notebook about what I remembered from dream.
then I ran out of time or something and stopped doing that

but I still notice dreams and themes that repeat..

dreams are interesting.

don't believe in that dream dictionary stuff. snake means this donut means that.

You remember that they are creative and interesting. Write them down the moment you awake, before any other thoughts come to mind.

The best way is to write down what you've dreamt the moment you wake up.

FOR REAL!
I ONLY REMEMBER BITS AND PARTS OF SOME DREAMS I HAVE WHEN I WAKE UP AND I REMEMBER THAT IT WAS REALLY GOOD AND I TRY HARD TO REMEMBER THEM, BUT I CANT, AND I JUST HATE IT!

Try to 'shut down' the busy parts of your mind. Don't focus on anything, let the dream come back to you.

If you forgot them, how do you know they are creative and interesting?.. You probably remember segments of it. Write it down.. next time you will remember even more!
