When I play music on my computer I get vocal echoes. I have realtek audio, and I once used the karaoke setting, but i've changed it back and the sound is still echoing. The music portion of my music is fine, but the vocals echo. Can any help with this?

Do you have the sound turned up when you are recording? It's possible that sound from the speakers is getting back into the microphone and causing the echo. It's been a while since I did any recording on my Windows PC but I remember the basic Windows recorder had a box to check for echo. Look carefully at all the boxes and selections to be sure that nothing called "echo" or "reverb" is selected.
