I have a Crate Amp, it has spots to put wheels on it. Can i just buy normal moving wheels 4 it?

Most likely yes. Provided that it fits in the spots that you're talking about. But before you do this, check on the inside of the amp first to make sure that you don't put a screw in something that may be mounted in a corner. You can buy wheels for your amps at music stores (of course) and I would check hardware stores such as Home Depot. Best of luck to you......jam on.
